So hopefully this is the week that I can win HOH! The last two people that have beat me, Peter and Judd, are not competing so I feel like I have a really good shot. If I win, Peter is my target but I'm not sure if I want to nominate him originally or try and backdoor him. If I nominate him originally, than he will try harder in the veto and he could very well win, which would be worst case scenario because than he would come after me. If I try and backdoor him, than maybe he wouldn't try so hard for veto. However, if I do try and backdoor him and he wins veto and takes down Helen, then that would be horrific. So because of that, I am learning towards putting him and Helen up originally if I do win HOH. Its basically going to be either Peter/Helen or Jade/Helen. I feel bad about Jade continuing to go up, but she's the ideal pawn really because she isn't a threat at all. She's kind of like this season's Spencer really lmao.
Ed, Rhian and Jade are all on board with the plan to get Peter out this week. I didn't have to do much convincing to Ed or Jade, but Rhian took some convincing because she wants Helen out, but I think she now sees that getting Peter out now is out best move going forward. As mentioned, the only obstacle is him not winning veto, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I would be fine with anyone except for Helen winning HOH. Not because I think she would nominate me, but she wouldn't target Peter and she would most likely put up Jade and Ed. I need Peter or Helen to go this week and Helen winning HOH would most likely rule out both of those possibilities.
Going forward, I feel like I have some options. I think we are set on the F4 being myself, Rhian, Ed, Jade and I would be totally fine with that. Rhian did mention to me that she wants Ed out at F5 or F4, but I can put that off for now. It is going to get to the point where Rhian and Ed go after each other and I kind of just sit there and pick a side I guess? I know they both plan on going to F2 with me and they both mentioned to me that they want Jade in the F3 with us because she is easy to beat in challenges. So it looks like I am going to F3 with Jade and Rhian/Ed. I have no idea what I should do if it does come to that point, and right now I'm starting to think about it because I need to have an end game plan ready incase I get there. I'm really tempted to let one of them take out the other so I don't have to choose, but I want the decision to be mine and say that I made it on my own. Rhian would most likely beat me in the end, but I feel like Ed could too. I'm very conflicted, but its good to have options.
I really think I am in the best spot right now. I don't think anyone would consider putting me up this week? Maybe Helen but that's it. Ed and Rhian definitely wouldn't and I just can't even see Jade winning this HOH so I am not too worried about her, but I think she would nominate Helen and Peter if she won too, as would Ed and Rhian. I think this HOH is going to be Ed, me or Rhian and that's fine by me because hopefully it would ensure 100% that I will be in the F5. I really want to win this one though, or at least not get 2nd again. I need some challenge wins on my resume' if I make it to then end. Here's top hoping!
I talked with Peter and I think it went well. I basically told him he is not the target and that I needed him up with Helen because he was the only one I thought would use veto on her. I need him to feel very comfortable, but I'm putting everything I have into this veto to make sure Peter does not win and that he leaves this week. When I talk to Helen, I'm just going to lie and say she is the target so that her and Peter won't know I'm lying when they talk and compare notes. Here is the conversation I had with Peter.

OMG what a relief!! I haven't been that worried about anything at any point in the game yet. Peter winning veto would have screwed me so much because without me playing next HOH, he definitely could have won it. Now Peter should definitely be heading out the door this week and I could not be happier. I just hope Ed, Rhian and Jade follow through with getting rid of him and don't get rid of Helen instead. All three of them said they agreed with me when I brought up that Peter is too big of a threat and needs to go, so I am not too worried about it.
Going forward it will get very tricky. I know if Rhian wins next HOH, her target will be Ed and I don't blame her. She wants her and I in the final 4 with Jade and Helen because we can beat them easily in that situation, which I agree with. But she is asking me to vote to evict Ed in that scenario and that will be really hard for me to do. I know that my chances of winning are better in the end against Ed, but I know the right thing to do is stick with Rhian who I have been aligned with and working closer with for much longer than I have with Ed. I'm not really sure what Ed is going to do yet if he wins HOH. He might even target Rhian, I have no idea. I'm not going to speculate about Helen and Jade because I don't see them winning at all.
So hopefully it is unanimous once again and Peter leaves this week. That's been the plan and now we have the opportunity to carry out that plan. Its a big move and I'm glad that it coming to fruition since I brought it up. This is definitely something that I can say I was solely behind and it should look good for me if I make it to the end.
Oh and I sent Helen this PM once I saw that Peter did not win veto.
I wish you would come on AIM so we could talk! Now that I won the veto I can honestly and very happily tell you that you are not my target this week at all. I had to tell Peter you were so that he felt more comfortable and didn't try as hard for the veto. I need Peter out this week because he keeps winning challenges! I hope you aren't mad at me because I really am not against you at all haha. You really do not have anything to worry about at all!
Hopefully she understands. She isn't really in a position where she has a choice because she literally has no relationship with Ed or Jade so she needs to rely on Rhian and I.
