Week 7

Ugh, these past two weeks have been ridiculous for my game! So the problem with my internet last week was that my modem was defective -- it started during the endurance HOH and has staggered back and forth between working and not working. Since I'm at work most and school most of the time then I am at school, I never really gave my home network much regard. I started the Bitstrip HOH at work thinking I could finish at home but alas, I'm greeted with the same "Server not found." page, GAH! A phone call with AT&T concluded that my modem is defective and it would take 3 - 5 business days for a new one to come in, but NOW my roommates are thinking of just switching to a different internet/cable provider and it's all this nonsense drama! So not only do I have ZERO internet access at home now, I can't even trade Pokemon, ugh! This is ridiculous.

I've only been missing from the game since Friday but already the results for HOH, the Nomination Ceremony and Veto challenge have been posted! Peter won HOH and again, good for him. He's a good competitor and a really nice guy (and great ally if he's not lying to me hah) so obviously I want him to succeed. If I were able to get my HOH submission in then I wonder if results would've been any different, since I also based my comic on Steven quitting the game, lmao. Great minds think alike, I must say! It was such a cop-out going for that dig at Steven but it was so complicated to think of anything else that was relevant! Back to results, obviously I would rather have had one of my girls win HOH but if not them, I'm glad it was Peter -- I was worried about Judd and Jade since I never know what either of them are thinking and I haven't spoken to Jade in a LONG time. Peter winning HOH also lets me know where he stands in the game, and based on his nominatins ... it didn't really reveal much, lol! He told me he wanted to make nominations that wouldn't rock the house so he picked Jade and Judd, which were a given. He also mentioned that it leaves an opening for a Veto backdoor if one of the nominees were to win, and since Judd did win, it makes me wonder who he will target ... my thoughts go to Deana (I don't know why), but if Peter puts Ed up as a nominee, then it will confirm that the two of them aren't working with each other and that I can "fully" trust Peter in this game. Peter and I have similar thoughts on who we see as threats int his game, so I'd be very surprised if he didn't put up a physical threat (like Ed) after propositioning the idea of a backdoor. If Peter does make a big move like that and it works then it's going to be a solid play for his game, which is something I don't have so I'd have to make sure he leaves before me lol!

Speaking of making big changing moves, I seriously need to step my fucking game up omg! Rhian definitely wears the crown in our Femme Fatale alliance and she and Amanda are both playing a far greater game then I am. I have just been very lucky with the current HOH's so far and won one competition, barely, by 8 seconds. The only thing I can contribute to any alliance right now besides my loyalty (depending on who you ask, hah) is a vote and pretty soon when the numbers dwindle my one vote will become irrelevant and I'll need another way to prove my worth to stay. I need to pull an HOH or crucial Veto win out of my ass so my allies know I am worth their while.

This week could be another calm one depending on who Peter picks as a replacement. I'll be on Aim for quite a while today until I leave for work and head to class so hopefully I can flag him down soon and see where his head is at! I need to reassure him that Femme Fatale are his friends, not his enemy!

Of course Peter hasn't come on yet but I was able to talk with GinaMarie and Rhian. GM has no clue who Peter would put up as a replacement but after speaking with Rhian, she told me that Peter mentioned Ed's name to her, but then was worried that Peter is possibly lying to her (if Rhian has this much doubt in him, then they maybe the two aren't joint at the hips like I think they are -- OR she could be saying that to throw me off guard. Rhian also told me that Peter mentioned Ed to Amanda as well, so it'd be interesting if he through Ed's name around to several people and made a different move. According to Rhian (because she apparently knows everything in this game), Peter wants to make a big move and get rid of a physical threat (which isn't me by any means, hah) so as of right now the possibility of Ed going up on the block looks amazing, but who knows I'm sure things have changed since I started writing this!

I'm thinking about Peter a lot more and I'm beginning to wonder if maybe he's been the dark horse this whole time (a title which I previously gave to Eric lmao). Peter has a typical winner's strategy, performing decent during pre-jury period and then winning back-to-back comps right when jury kicks in. His two wins showcased his creativity and mental abilities, not to mention he placed third in the endurance challenge. I've always taken Peter for granted, thinking of him as just a nice guy and a vote in my favor but now I'm beginning to wonder if the real threat isn't Rhian or Ed or GinaMarie or Amanda. Maybe it's Peter. He didn't need to win this HOH because he would've been in a safe position since so many people are going after each other that he's not a part of, but this one was perfect for him ~ Judd and Jade are easy obvious targets and then to make a big move like getting Ed out would earn points with EVERYONE since we all appear to want him out. Winning this round gets him out of performing in next week's challenge when it'd be more difficult to make a solid decision on who to target, and then when he'd be eligible to play again in the Final 7 and who knows what crazy plans he might have concocted by then.

Maybe this is just me going off on another random conspiracy theory, but I don't think I'll be ruling him out of my book anytime soon.

Omg Judd is being SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying! Seriously, the guy wins ONE competition (that's luck-based, mind you) and all of a sudden he goes on an insane power trip! He doesn't want to post the Veto Ceremony until he talks to Peter, which makes no sense. Either way Judd is going to play the Veto, REGARDLESS, so he might as well just use it so we can speed this round up! Judd's ultimate plan is that he wants Peter to put Amanda up so she can get backdoored, but Peter appears to not be interested in that plan (good). I need to start urging him how good of an idea it would be to get Ed out of here! If there's anyone standing between me and the next HOH it's him! Peter is thinking of putting Deana up which is dumb because Ed is a competition beast and he will win next HOH if he stays. I need to play it hard that neither Jade/Deana are threats and even though Peter made a deal with Ed since he didn't him last week when he was HOH, some promises are better broken Haha. Peter seems very intent on keeping Ed safe though and I don't want to annoy him in that sense. Such a convenient excuse for him to use, "I've been thinking of backdooring him but I promised I wouldn't put him up since he didn't put me up", LAME!

Peter is going to put up Deana as the replacement. A very safe and boring decision. Now my worries of him working with Ed and Rhian are still at large and the fact I blabbed my mouth to Peter about how he should put Ed up makes me concerned since we all love to share chat logs with each other XD. Seems like he's trying to appease everybody versus making a big move, which is disappointing and contradicts the big move he supposedly wanted to make. How annoying, I should have voted him out when I had the chance. I can't blame him though; putting Ed up would benefit me more than it would him. Like I said, this week was going to show me a lot about Peter's game and how he pertains to my game. He would have earned MAJOR points if he put Ed up and that he did not do. I still trust him, but now a lot less.
