God, what a frustrating day yesterday. It was suppose to be easy and Faye had to try and make a move. Let me run through everything that happened yesterday:
I woke up to messages from Rhian. She told me that after I went to bed, a lot of stuff started happening. She said that Faye had come up with a plan to try and get rid of Ed because she wants one of the aussies out and Sam is immune so Ed would be the next best choice. Apparently she really wanted Jade, but then switched to Ed or something. Anyway, she made these plans with Peter, Judd, Deana and Eric and was planning on pulling in Helen and Amanda as well. Peter ran and told Rhian right away because he trusts her and I a lot more than he trusts Faye. And Faye made it a point to tell those people that she didn't want Rhian or I involved because she thought we were with the aussies, specifically me.
So, of course I ran right to Ed and told him. As far as he knew, the target was still Deana and that everyone was doing that, poor guy. I'm not sure if he didn't believe me or was just shocked because he didn't seem to worried about it at first. Probably because he knew there wouldn't be enough votes to make it happen and I knew that too. He didn't understand why they wanted him out and I told him that Faye thinks there is an aussie alliance of him, Sam and Jade and that I am included as well. He and I both laughed that off and he reassured me that he is not aligned with Jade, which I already assumed.
After I talked with Ed, I told him I was going to talk to Helen and Amanda about the whole thing. I knew they would be upfront with me about it all and I wanted to know what they thought about it. When I talked with Amanda, I told her that I really think it would be in our best interest to go with the original plan this round and get out one of Eric/Judd. She told me that she would rather see Eric go because he has a big mouth and Judd is just useless and non-threatening and I agreed. So she said she would be fine with an Eric vote, which I thought was awesome. After that, I talked with Helen and she told me that she didn't really want to vote Ed and would feel much better about an Eric vote as well, awesome. I knew that Helen and Amanda voting with us meant that we would have majority easily because I knew Peter was already on board with voting Eric.
When I told Ed, he was happy that they weren't going to vote for him, but he asked if there was anyway we could get out Deana or Faye because they are stronger in challenges than Eric and he was afraid if either of them won HoH this week that they would put him up. I told him that I have the same concern about Eric winning and that it is easier to get a majority on Eric right now because a lot of people want him out. He said that we can get a majority on Faye/Deana as well. He and I went back and forth on that for a while and he finally gave in. Like, I tried my ass off all day to get the target off of you, cut me some slack man.
When Sam and Jade finally showed up, of course I ran right to them and told them everything. I told them that Faye, Deana and Judd think that the aussies are together and that they think I am with them supposedly and don't want any of us included in the plan to blindside Ed. Neither of them liked this very much and are now both pissed at Faye and Deana, which is great for me. I also confronted Sam because I was told that Sam ran to Eric and told Eric that I wanted him out. Sam denied ever saying that and said that Eric might have just misunderstood him. This is the 2nd time that Sam's name has come up as someone that has gone behind people's backs to get in good with other people. I don't like the shadiness and I wouldn't have been surprised to see Sam leave if he wasn't immune. He also told me he was voting Eric, but I'm pretty sure he voted Deana. It didn't matter either way so I'm not sure why he lied about it.
Either way, last round couldn't have worked out better because now it seems like it is Ed/Jade/Sam vs. Faye/Judd/Deana and apparently Judd and Deana don't even like each other. I'm definitely in the middle right now and would be more than happy to not win this HoH because I am certain I won't be targeted by anyone. However, I do think I will have a huge say in who goes home this week no matter who wins HoH. Stay tuned!
