Because this week was different houseguests that won immunity get 7 points each as it's in-between 10[HOH]-5[POV]. Houseguests who received votes at "eviction" get -2 so that will count as "nominated" and everyone else gets +2 for surviving the week. Evicted houseguest of course gets the -12.
